Account activation

Once you open the application, and activating it for the first time, press REGISTER. Fill in your mobile number, first name, last name, email and accept the terms of use and privacy policy. You will receive a 6 digit code via SMS. Fill it in on the next screen and you are ready!

Privacy - what information does the driver see?

The guide sees your name, the receipt address and if you have completed the any comments. We also provide you the possibility of telephone communication with the driver who will come pick you up, without displaying your number.
Edit profile.

You can edit your profile information by clicking on the icon with your photo. You can change your photo, first name, last name and contact email.
Pending Payment.
t
Did the payment not pass from your card? You will have to pay the driver in cash. If you do not have cash, our guide will direct you to the nearest ATM Bank to complete the payment of your route.
Problem with payment

Is there a balance available on your card and the transaction is not completed? Call 2102773600 or 18222 to be instructed by one of our representatives on how to complete your transaction.
I forgot something in the taxi
t
Each route you make is stored in your Route History. If you have forgotten a personal item in the vehicle, call 2102773600 giving the name of the driver who served you and one of our representatives undertakes to contact you by phone with the driver to discuss how to pick it up.
What do I pay for my trips with Taxiplon

Taxiplon has no extra charge for routes made directly through the application. What the taximeter says is paid with a minimum charge of € 3.16. The minimum Charge at the Appointment is set at € 5
How can I make an appointment?

From the home screen of the application, swipe to the green icon with the clock. You enter the point of receipt and destination and once you enter the payment method you select the date and time you want the driver to board you. After successfully registering the Appointment, you can edit it or delete it from the Menu Appointment option.
Pickup from Airports / Ports / Bus

You can call a Taxiplon from Airport / Ports or Bus simply by filling in the necessary information in the driver comments. For Airport Where You Are Coming From / The Flight Number and the exit gate. Respectively for Port with which ferry you come and from which destination, as well as which gate it reaches, as well as for the KTEL which route you are on.
Can I call a taxi for another person?

How to register my card in the application

Taxiplon allows you to register your Debit / Credit Card from the Menu -> My Cards -> Add Card. If you enter more than one card you must set one as the default option.
How do I delete my card from the application

From Menu -> My Cards, select which card you want to delete. Drag your selection to the left and the Delete bin will appear.
Payment methods

Taxiplon Passenger allows you to pay for your trip in cash directly to the driver or with your debit / credit card by confirming the amount on the screen of your mobile at your disembarkation. If you are the holder of the Alpha Bank Bonus card, you have the opportunity to collect bonus points on your daily routes with Taxiplon but also to redeem them.
Driver selection.

In the confirmation screen of your route, you tap on the gear which is located to the right of the promo Code and the mode of calling is selected with Select Driver by you. Your Selection is also saved for your next trips until you change it again to the nearest one. Now when you press a call you have the option to choose which driver you want to serve you from those who claimed your route.
Driver evaluation

Once your payment has been confirmed, the app allows you to rate your guide and experience from 1 to 5 Stars.
Transportation of pets
t
With the E.D.X. Pets are allowed to be transported in cars provided that: they are clean, calm, have a veterinary check mark, occupy a position only on the floor of the car, are necessarily accompanied by one person and are placed in a special basket or carrying bag. Unaccompanied transport

Transportation of a minor/underage

We undertake the transportation of unaccompanied minor children over 12 years of age responsibly and safely. You can track the entire route of the vehicle from the assignment to the driver until disembarkation.
How can I redeem a coupon?
t
If you have a promotional coupon at your disposal, you can redeem it by entering it in the route confirmation screen and specifically in the Promo Code field. If the entry you made is correct you will be automatically notified with the offer message. If the coupon is not valid you will receive a corresponding message.
